Mr. Liu Yuanzhang, born in February 1978, holds a master’s degree in economics. He is currently the Assistant to the President of the Company, and concurrently serves as the Human Resources Director, director of the party committee organisation department, and general manager of the human resources department. Mr. Liu joined the Company in 2004 and had served as the director of human resources department (party committee organisation department), assistant to the general manager/assistant to the director, deputy general manager/deputy director and general manager/director of the Company, and the secretary of the party committee and the chairman of Huatai Insurance Agency and Consultant Service Limited, etc.
